Hotel Jaegerhof Zermatt

We had an really good stay at a charming hotel in the beautiful Zermatt region. The rustic decor and cozy rooms created a cozy atmosphere. The set menu at the restaurant offered delicious and reasonably priced meals. The hotel's location away from the bustling main street was a welcome retreat. the shuttle service to and from the train station was convenient. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience in the region.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Zermatt and it truly exceeded my expectations. the hotel's attention to detail and mountain village style decoration created a cozy and authentic atmosphere. Moreover, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, providing excellent service and making me feel welcome throughout my visit. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast, which offered a wide range of healthy options and included freshly baked bread. All in all, this hotel provided exceptional value for money and was a perfect choice for my stay in Zermatt.

Absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was just perfect!

We had an very nice stay at this hotel. The family suite we were given in a nearby building was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The multiple balconies offered fine views, especially of the Matterhorn. The free breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the shuttle service was prompt and reliable.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to restaurants and bars, and a beautiful view. It was also nice that the breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely.

the shower in the room was quite complicated to use, with lots of controls that were difficult to figure out.

Clean rooms and bathroom, with TV and wifi. Sunny balcony with view of Matterhorn. Good buffet breakfast and helpful staff. Bonus: free pick up from the station. Will definitely return.

The hotel is located in a prime area, close to everything but much less busy than some of the other streets. It is very convenient for guests as it is within walking distance to the cable car that goes up to Matterhorn. it is close enough to an outlet for those who enjoy shopping. The rooms are comfortable and have a good size, and the breakfast offers a variety of delicious options. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable.

The vegan options were not as advertised, which may be disappointing for guests with dietary restrictions.
